Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

Very strange error. I am using SP Pagebuilder 5 to build my website. But after I installed Admin Tools, I was locked out. Using the Lockout guidance, I disabled provider in cPanel.
But now when I use /administrator, I get an unrendered admin page. And when I try to access the backend from the Pagebuilder, I simply get a blank page.
No clue what is going on. Many thanks in advance for your thoughts.

Try replacing the contents of your .htaccess file with the contents of Joomla's htaccess.txt file.
